We try to accommodate special orders.

We will work with you to try to get you the plants that you want and we will update you throughout the whole process.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on special orders. We spend so much time working on these special orders from emails to phone calls to delivery and we can refuse the plants if they are in bad condition or if we feel like it is not worth it for us to take the plants back.
