Q: Does Heron's Head Nursery ship?

A: YES!

Q: Who do you ship with?

A: UPS unless they are not available to your location

Q: My shipping estimate is too high, can you do something?

A: Yes, our calculator has been wrong in the past. If you want a custom quote, please reach out to us by email and we will get back to you with a custom shipping quote.

Q: When do you ship?

A: We ship out every Monday, so if you order on a Tuesday, your plant will be sent out the following Monday. We do this to make sure that there are no shipping hold ups on weekends. 

Q: Do you have issues with holiday shipping?

A: Yes, we often try to schedule shipping around the holidays in order to make sure plants are in transit for as little time as possible.

Q: How long will the shipping on my plant take?

A: When you order you will get a tracking number after the plant ships, we try not to have a plant in transit for more than 4 days.

Q: Do you make any guarantees that my plant will arrive safely?

A: No, once a plant leaves our office, anything that happens to the plant in transit is on UPS and not on us. Please complain to them if your package gets squished. There is only so much we can do. 

Q: Do you have a limit to how many plants you can ship?

A: Yes, we do not ship over 5g plants. We can ship one 5g plant per package if you order more than one 5g we will have to split the plants between packages. We can ship four 1g plants per package and we can ship around 9 4" plants per package.
