Vinca Minor 'Illumination'

Dwarf Variegated Periwinkle: Evergreen, yellow variegated trailing plant with lilac blue flowers. Good for shady areas. Color becomes more pronounced in older plants. Good for banks and steep slopes. Roots along the stem as it spreads.
