Dwarf Periwinkle: Easy to grow evergreen trailing low growing groundcover 4-8" tall that has variegated green foliage with white edges. 1-1/4" blue-violet flowers summer-fall.  Spreads by rooting along the stems. Full sun to shade. Low to high water. Attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and pollinators. Great in containers and for cut flowers. Seacoast, wind, heat, clay, sand and drought tolerant once established. Deer, gopher, rabbit and fire resistant. Dry shade ok.
