Vinca minor 'Bowles Blue'

Dwarf Periwinkle: Evergreen. Seacoast, clay and drought tolerant once established. Deer, gopher and rabbit resistant. Fire retardant. Excellent ground cover plant or for in containers. 1-1/4" lavender-blue flowers in summer to fall.  Low growing, only 4-8" tall and spreads out by rooting along the stems. Easy to grow. Full sun to shade. Low to high water. Dry shade is okay.
