Produces pink flowers that may have an unpleasant fragrance followed by attractive white berries on arching branches that provide winter food for birds. Part sun to shade. Low to high water. Good for dry shade. Attracts hummingbirds and pollinators. Seacoast, wind, clay, sand, and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit and fire resistant.
