Solanum xanti 'Mountain Pride'

Purple Nightshade: A loosely spreading, adaptable, CA Native semi-evergreen subshrub to 2' tall x 30" wide. Lightly fragrant clusters of showy, 1" wide, rich purple flowers in winter and spring. Full sun to part shade. Deer, gopher, and rabbit resistant.  Heat , clay, sand, wind, and drought tolerant once established.  Looks best with occasional summer water. Good for containers, dry shade.
