Isolepis cernua (Scirpus cernuus)

Low Bulrush, Fiber Optic Grass: Evergreen CA Native clumping sedge that grows 12 -18" wide v 8" tall with bright green narrow leaves that arch gracefully. Flower stems and small flower pods resemble fiber optics. Full sun to part shade. Medium to high water needs. Can tolerate boggy or partially submerged conditions.
