A halo of velvety hairs surround 1" long flowers, which have a purple upper lip & a yellow lower lip spotted & striped w/purple. Blooms summer-fall. 24-48" tall x 36" wide. Does well in damp locations. Adapted to shade, and can grow where other Salvias can't.
