Rubus spectabilis

Salmonberry: CA and Western US native deciduous shrub 3-9' tall. Solitary red flowers and tasty salmon colored berries that resemble raspberries. Thicket forming, with arching branches. Prefers wet areas. Clay, sand, bog, seacoast and wind tolerant.  Great for birds and wildlife. Deer and fire resistant.
