Rhus integrifolia

Lemonade Berry: CA Native evergreen shrub or small tree to 6-10' tall (or more) x 10-15' wide. Prized by birds, bees and butterflies for it's nectar and berries. From February to May, small white to pink flower clusters emerge, followed by sticky, reddish, small, edible fruits. New foliage is fragrant. Tolerant of pruning. Full sun to part shade. Fire and deer resistant. Wind and drought tolerant once established.
