Rhododendron occidentale

Western Azalea: CA Native deciduous shrub found in moist places and stream banks. Leafs out in the spring with bright green foliage and fragrant white to pinkish flowers. Grows to 3-6 ft. or more.  Needs decent light to bloom well. Part sun to part shade and regular water. Deer resistant.
