Penstemon heterophyllus 'Electric Blue'

Foothill Penstemon, Blue Bedder: Evergreen CA native to 2' tall and wide. An unusual cultivar with brilliant "electric" blue flowers in late spring- early summer. Low to medium water. Full sun to part shade. Deer and gopher resistant. Heat and drought tolerant once established. Attracts hummingbirds, bees and butterflies. Native to coastal mountain ranges and the northern Sierra Nevada foothills.
