Mustard 'Ruby Streaks'

Deep black-purple foliage with contrasting green colored ribs form an airy mound to about 2-3’ tall and wide. Mild flavor is not bitter, yet still spicy and mustardy. In summer, bright yellow edible blooms appear. Good for salads, and stir frys. Can be used as a garden edible or ornamental.
