Magnolia 'Genie'

Genie Magnolia: Easy to grow, rare, dwarf, deciduous shrub or tree, with upright growth to 12' tall x 4-6' wide. Black-red flower buds become showy, fragrant magenta flowers in spring, sometimes reblooming in late summer. Resistant to mildew. Good for large containers. Attracts butterflies, bees, and pollinators. Full sun to part sun. Medium water. Heat, clay, sand, and drought tolerant once established. Deer and rabbit resistant.
