Magnolia 'Genie'

Genie Magnolia: Dwarf, deciduous, upright shaped Magnolia tree to 12'-15' tall x 4-6' wide with showy and prolific maroon blooms in spring.  Resistant to mildew. Easy to grow in full to part sun, medium water. Deer and rabbit resistant. Rare plant.
