Lupinus propinquus (L. arboreus 'Blue')

Blue Bush Lupine: CA native evergreen shrub 3-6' tall x 3-4' wide with frond-like soft leaves. Purple, fragrant stocks of flowers spring to summer. Attracts bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and wildlife. Good for cut flower. Full sun to part shade, low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, sand, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
