Chinese Fringe Flower: Evergreen shrub with dark burgundy leaves and bright pink flowers that bloom spring to fall. Medium watering with well-drained soil. Full sun to part shade. 6' tall and wide. Attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and pollinators. Deer, gopher and rabbit resistant. Seacoast, heat and wind tolerant.
