Dwarf Mat Rush: Easy to grow evergreen rhizomatic grass-like perennial with bright green upright foliage and a clumping habit. 1-2' tall and wide. Small, yellow flower spikes in summer. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Heat, wind, clay, sand, and drought tolerant once established. Fire, deer, and gopher resistant.
