Phyla nodiflora (Lippia repens, Lippia n. 'Kurapia')

Kurapia, Texas Frogfruit, Turkey Tangle Frogfruit, Frogfruit: CA native groundcover. Adaptive to all soils; wet, dry, sand & clay. Plant 2’ apart for a quick, dense, creeping turf 3-6" tall, sometimes taller. 1/2” lavender-pink flower clusters appear Spring through Fall, attracting many small butterflies and bees. Full sun. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer, gopher and fire resistant.
