Leucadendron salignum 'Winter Red'

Winter Red Cone Bush: Evergreen shrub with red and cream bracts and a compact, bushy form 3-4' tall and wide. Slender, pale green leaves on upright stems tint purple-red in fall and winter. Full sun to part sun. Low to medium water. Good for containers and cut flowers. Attracts birds, hummingbirds and bees. Seacoast, wind, sand, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer and fire resistant.
