Iris ensata 'Gusto'

Japanese Iris: A wet growing species, deciduous in fall, with green 2-3' leaves. Tall, branched stems appear in winter to spring, with lavender blue flowers with a white center. Full sun & medium to high water, most soils. Fire and deer resistant, good cut flower. Butterfly attractor, clay and sand tolerant and drought tolerant once established. Seacoast and wind tolerant.
