Gladwin Iris, stinking Iris: A rhizomatous grass-like perennial that forms clumps of attractive evergreen foliage to 18" tall x 2' wide. Blooms in mid spring. Colorful foliage and showy fruit. In the fall the clusters of 3 inch long sausage-shaped fruit split open to reveal bright orange-red bead-like seeds. Full sun to part shade. Low water. Drought tolerant.
