Impatiens sodenii 'La Vida Rosa'

Shrub Balsam, Poor Man's Rhododendron: Perennial Impatiens shrub 5' tall x 6' wide with fleshy stems and green leaves. Fast-growing with large 3”wide white flowers with a prominent rose-pink blush on the petals nearly year-round, particularly in mild climates. Long blooming, good for dry shade. Good for containers. Hummingbird and pollinator friendly. Part sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Clay, sand, heat and drought tolerant once established but looks lusher with occasional irrigation. Deer resistant.
