Waxvine, Common Waxflower, Australian Waxflower, Porcelain Flower: Evergreen perennial house plant with thick, glossy foliage and twining stems. Great in containers and for hanging baskets. Can also be grown taller on a stake or fence with support. Long blooming clusters of highly fragrant white or cream flowers attract hummingbirds, bees, butterflies and pollinators. Can grow indoors or outside in a protected location with mild temps. Best in indirect bright and filtered light. Medium water. Seacoast, heat and drought tolerant once established. Deer resistant.

 

 

Evergreen tuberous houseplant with upright growth and closely held upright leaves that are marked with white polka dots. Pale pink flowers bloom in summer and attract hummingbirds. Can grow indoors or outside in a protected location with mild temps. To 3-4' tall, more if staked higher. Part sun to part shade. Best in rich, moist soil.
