Himalayacalamus porcatus (Drepanostachyum porcatum)

Nepalese Blue Bamboo, Porcata Blue Bamboo: Low-maintenance evergreen ornamental tightly clumping bamboo native to Nepal. Soft, powdery blue-grey culms and delicate green foliage, to 18' tall and wide. Vase shaped, weeping growth habit. Thrives in cool temperate climates. Drought tolerant but appreciates occasional irrigation and moist soil. Part sun to part shade. Good in containers. Deer and fire resistant.
