Heteromeles arbutifolia

Toyon: CA native evergreen shrub that grows 10' tall x 8' wide. Full sun to part shade. Drought tolerant, but appreciates some water with good drainage. White blooms in the summer attract butterflies and pollinators with red berries that follow in winter. Can be used as a hedge plant and can also be kept as a container plant.
