Delta Sunflower: Easy to grow CA native and western state annual Sunflower to 6' tall and 5' wide with 3-4” yellow flowers. Typically seen along freeways in the central valley of California. Long bloom period summer to fall. Full sun. Low to medium water. Attracts birds, hummingbirds and pollinators. All parts of the plant are edible. Seacoast, clay, sand, heat and drought tolerant once established. Good in large containers and for cut flowers. Deer and rabbit resistant.
