Hardenbergia violacea 'Meema'

'Meema' Purple Lilac Vine: This Hardenbergia variety is more of a trailing ground cover than a vine. 2' tall x 8' wide with 3” long, narrow, evergreen leaves. Clusters of long blooming, fragrant, pea-shaped, small purple flowers, each with a chartreuse eye. Blooms from winter to spring. Great for containers and cut flowers. Attracts birds, hummingbirds, and pollinators. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, heat, sand, clay and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit, gopher, and fire resistant.
