Globe Amaranth: Easy to grow, long blooming perennial to 3-4' tall and wide with a loose, airy form. Prolific, brilliant 1" wide hot pink blooms on long, sturdy stems.Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, and swallowtails. Medium water. Attracts birds, hummingbirds and pollinators. Full sun to part sun. Great for cut flowers and or planting in containers. Seacoast, wind, heat, sand and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant. Cut back to ground in the wither.
