Furcraea foetida 'Mediopicta'

Cuba Hemp, Mauritius Hemp: Large, evergreen, agave-like plant. 4-5' tall by 13' wide, with leaves 6-8' long. Does not like frost. When blooming, has a 25' central stalk. Green inconspicuous flowers, very fragrant. green leaf with white stripe. Monocarpic, will die after flowering, but bulbs on flower spike will grow into new plants. Full sun (coast) to part shade (hot inland) and infrequent to medium watering.
