Fremontodendron californicum

Flannelbush: Fast growing CA native evergreen shrub to 10' tall and wide. Solitary and prolific 3” lemon-yellow flowers from winter to spring. Full sun to part sun. Low water. Fast growing. Attracts hummingbirds, birds, bees and butterflies. Seacoast, heat and drought tolerant once established. Does not like to be watered in the summer. Deer, gopher and fire resistant.
