Epilobium (Zauschneria) canum 'Chaparral Silver'

California Fuchsia: Similar to ‘Roger’s U. C. Hybrid’. Evergreen CA native subshrub with a spreading mat of fuzzy, gray leaves. 12-18" tall x 3-4' wide with narrow tubular red flowers. Full sun to part sun. Low water. Sand, clay, seacoast, wind, heat and drought tolerant once established, but looks best with occasional irrigation. Deer, rabbit, gopher & fire resistant. Hummingbird, bird, butterfly, and pollinator favorite.
