Large 20" long flower stalks bearing small bluish-purple flowers with reddish stamens. Full sun, all soil types. Low water needs. Gopher and deer resistant. Seacoast, wind, heat and drought tolerant once established. Hummingbird. bee and pollinator favorite. Can reseed.
