A rapidly growing mounding plant. 14" x 8" wide with long, hairy, green leaves. Long red flower stalks. Full sun to part shade, prefers well drained soils. Low water needs. Gopher and deer resistant. Seacoast, wind, heat and drought tolerant once established. Hummingbird. bee and pollinator favorite. Can reseed.
