Daphne odora 'Sweet Amethyst'

'Sweet Amethyst' Winter Daphne: Evergreen sub-shrub 2-4' tall x 3-5' wide with light green leaves and highly fragrant blooms that open to lilac-purple flowers. Blooms in late winter and spring. Attracts hummingbirds, birds, bees and pollinators. Good for containers and for cut flowers. Part sun to part shade. Medium water, with well drained, preferably acid soil. Coast tolerant with protection from wind. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
