Cymbopogon flexuosus (Lemon Grass)

Perennial herb. Edible, grass-like clumping plant with aromatic foliage used for tea and as flavoring in stew, soups, curries, marinades and more. Grows 18-48" tall x 30" wide. Magenta flowers in summer. Full sun, medium to high water. Good for containers. Seacoast, wind, clay and sand tolerant. Deer resistant.
