Cuphea oreophila

Blooms almost year round. Rare, shrubby species bearing 2" red tubular blooms with mouse ears and nectar for hummingbirds. Blooms appear from top to bottom against dense green foliage in sun and bright shade. Multi-branching to 4x4. Drought tolerant and deer resistant. Full sun to part shade and medium water.
