False Heather, Mexican Heather, Cigar Flower: Evergreen perennial with tiny, tubular, magenta flowers from spring to fall.  flowers.  12-18" tall and 18" wide. When seen close up, the flower looks like a mouse face. Attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. Good for containers and hanging baskets. Full sun to part shade. Medium water. Moderate coast tolerance. Wind, heat, sand, clay and drought tolerant once exstablished. Deer, rabbit, gopher and fire resistant.
