Clematis viticella 'Polish Spirit'

A pretty, vigorous variety, profuse blooming large purple blooming deciduous vine. Deer resistant. Needs support or training. Twining leaves act like tendrils. Attracts hummingbirds. Blooms in June to September. Flower size is 3-6". 8-10' tall.  Grows best with roots that are in the shade, and the tops in the sun. Medium to high water.
