Clematis 'Jackmanii'

A pretty, vigorous variety, profuse blooming large dark purple blooming deciduous vine. Deer resistant. Needs support or training. Twining leaves act like tendrils. Attracts hummingbirds. Blooms in June to September. Flower size is 3-6". 8-10' tall.  Grows best with roots that are in the shade, and the tops in the sun. Medium to high water.
