Wooly Torch Cactus, Silver Torch Cactus: Fast, easy to grow cactus with upright, narrow columnar stems to 8–12' tall and 2–3' wide, noted for its silvery white spines. Showy, intense, bright red, tubular flowers attract hummingbirds and pollinators. Great in containers. Can be grown inside or outside. Full sun to part sun. Low water. Seacoast, heat, wind, sand, and drought tolerant once established. Deer, rabbit and gopher resistant.
