Cat palm, Cascade palm, Cataract palm: Easy to grow, lush palm grows best when planted in well-draining soil and kept in a place with bright, indirect light and moderate temperatures. Cat palms can take up to 10 years to reach 3 feet tall when grown indoors, up to 10 feet outside with minimum temp of 25F. Evergreen, medium water, great for containers. Likes acidic and well draining soil. Fertilize regularly.
