Ceanothus crassifolius

Hoaryleaf Ceanothus: CA native evergreen shrub 6-10' tall and wide with small, dense, rounded clusters of fragrant, tiny white flowers (that may have a yellowish or pink tint) in the early spring. Attracts hummingbirds, birds, butterflies and bees with their plentiful nectar and pollen. Full sun. Low water. Heat, wind, sand, clay and drought tolerant once established. Deer and fire resistant.
