Carex species 'Pomona'

Pomona Sedge: A cross between two fine textured clumping evergreen sedges (CA native C. pansa or praegracilis and non-CA native C. divulsa) Slender brown seed heads in spring. Thrives under trees. Medium water. Grows 18-24" tall and wide. Part sun to part shade. Seacoast, wind, heat, clay, sand and drought tolerant, but stays greener longer with irrigation. Deer, rabbit and gopher resistant.
