Island False Bindweed, Island Morning Glory: CA Native woody perennial vine from the Channel Islands and also on the coast from Monterey County to Baja, Mexico. May grow low and herbaceous or as a climbing plant with stems over 20 feet long. Can remain evergreen when given regular water. Long bloom period, with white to pale pink flowers. Works great on a fence, trellis or as a ground cover. Cut back as needed. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Bird, hummingbird, butterfly and pollinator favorite. Seacoast, heat, wind, sand, clay and drought tolerant once established. Deer and fire resistant.
