Calamagrostis foliosa

Leafy Reedgrass, Cape Mendocino Reedgrass: California native evergreen clumping grass to about 18-24" tall and wide with fine blue-green foliage and soft tan feathery flower plumes in summer. Good for containers and cut flowers. Full sun to part shade. Low to medium water. Seacoast, wind, sand, clay, heat, and drought tolerant once established. Deer, gopher, rabbit and fire resistant.
