Pink Flame Tree: A medium sized slow growing semi-evergreen tree 25-40' tall x 10-30' wide. Stout bottle-shaped trunk with gray, intricately furrowed bark. Large maple-like leaves 4-8" in long and wide. Rusty and velvety buds open to bell-shaped rose-pink flowers, followed 5" long canoe-shaped pods that split open to reveal yellow seeds. Full sun. Wind, sand, clay and drought tolerant. Low water.
