Bougainvillea 'Barbara Karst'

Vigorous large evergreen vine with magenta red bracts and a long bloom season from late spring through fall and even into winter in mild years. Full sun and very little irrigation needed along the coast after establishment. Heat, wind, sand and seacoast tolerant. Deer and rabbit resistant. One of the hardiest of the bougainvilleas.
