Evergreen. Textured green leaves with red undersides. Crimson stems and veins. Light pink flowers in winter-spring with large yellow stamens. To 6' tall. Heat and shade tolerant. Deer, rabbit and gopher resistant. Good for hummingbirds and containers. Protect from cold. Medium water in well-draining soil. Bright indirect or filtered light.
