Artichoke 'Tavor'

Produces heads that are 3-5" in diameter & thick, flavorful hearts. Flower heads should be harvested when they are young. Needs a fairly long, mild growing season or you can grow as an annual. Maturity: 90 days. Grows 3-4' x 2.5' x 3'. Full sun. Purple blooms attract pollinators.
